The botanical drawings above are a selection from a series we created for Cultivate, an annual plant industry trade show. These illustrations were turned into large canvas prints and displayed at the event. They were also used in the Proven Winners product catalog.

Hand-painted illustrations played a big part in the branding of Proven Winners’ line of vegetables, herbs, and berries. We painted each variety and incorporated the paintings into designs for seed packets, containers, online recipe pages, and more.

We love the one-of-a-kind visual richness that only hand-made artwork can produce. To create the album artwork for the LA-based band Foxtrails, we delved into printmaking and linocut stamps to create earthy, timeworn textures and organic landscapes that evoked the lush, nature-inspired music on their album ‘Kaweah’.

As a member of the the LA-based psych-prog band Insects vs. Robots, Dacha’s Nikita and his bandmates created a world of visual lore inspired by sci-fi futurism and Tolkien-esque mythology, utilizing their DIY aesthetic to expand on their epic live shows and studio recordings.
